Justin Berry is a native of Pleasant Grove, Alabama, and a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He joined Pearce, Bevill, Leesburg, Moore, PC in 2000, and provides tax consulting, planning and advisory services for closely held and private-equity owned businesses to a range of clients including healthcare, real estate, non-profit, construction, and manufacturing. Justin provides services related to strategic tax planning and compliance, operational efficiencies, ownership structure, strategic & succession planning, M&A equity transactions, regulatory compliance, and financial statement reviews and compilations. He works closely with clients to help achieve economic and tax strategies to optimize wealth creation and financial goals.

Justin and his wife, Summer, have 5 children, Eli, Chloe, Zeke, Valery and Lily. They spend much of their time together working in church or missions settings and as much time as possible hiking, or other outdoors activities. Justin is actively involved in several non-profit, accounting and civic organizations.
